the preparation, co-ordination and teaching of English.

Required
-Essential:
Minimum of 4 years experience in the ELT business
Experience of teaching YLs and VYLs
Confident computer user
Experience of managing staff
Characteristics:
Adaptable
Willing to pilot and develop materials
An excellent team player
Imaginative approach to designing lesson materials
Always looking for improvements

-Preferable:
DELTA / DipTESOL-qualified (or in process of doing)
Experience of teaching YLs online
Experience of teaching EAL

An interest in teacher training
