Construction Associate

This role is tailored for a seasoned solicitor with 4-6 years post-qualification experience (PQE) who is ready to take their career to the next level by engaging with complex legal frameworks and contributing to the success of a globally recognised firm.
As a dedicated specialist in Non-Contentious Construction law, you will be entrusted with the meticulous crafting of bespoke contracts, ensuring they are robust and tailored to the unique needs of each project. Your expertise will also extend to the adaptation of industry-standard forms, guaranteeing compliance and mitigating risk for the firm's esteemed clientele.
Your role will require a comprehensive understanding of the construction elements within facility agreements and agreements for lease. This knowledge will be pivotal in navigating the intricacies of these documents and providing sound legal advice that aligns with clients' strategic objectives.
Your familiarity with public procurement and the nuances of tendering procedures will be invaluable. Your ability to navigate these processes with finesse will contribute to the seamless operation of the practice and enhance its reputation for excellence in the field.
A sound commercial understanding of the construction industry is imperative, as is an awareness of the current trends in procurement.
