Who You Are:
We are seeking a professional with:
  • Exceptional leadership skills, capable of maintaining high standards and inspiring a team.
  • Experience in managing kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Strong skills in supplier relations, ordering, and problem-solving to enhance business performance.
  • Effective organisational and kitchen management abilities.
Skills Required:
  • A passion for creative menu development, in line with high culinary standards.
  • Experience in Rosette or fine dining is advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of budget management and achieving Gross Profit targets.
