Production Manager required to join a successful leading manufacturing company. The Production Manager will provide leadership and support to the production teams and managing individual staff performance.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Delivery of the productivity target.
- Promote Health and Safety awareness.
- Communicate effectively with management team and site personnel.

- Ensure the development and continual improvement of the production plant.
Requirements of the role:
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- A strong background in manufacturing working in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical capacity to identify and address technical issues.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Total Quality Management.
- Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting installation, fault finding, and repairs.
