Production Manager required to join a successful leading manufacturing company. The Production Manager will provide leadership and support to the production teams and managing individual staff performance.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Delivery of the productivity target.
  • Promote Health and Safety awareness.

  • Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.

Requirements of the role:

  • Analytical capacity to identify and address technical issues.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Total Quality Management.
  • Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting installation, fault finding, and repairs.
