  • Passion to deliver excellent care in a rewarding and what can be emotionally challenging environment

Where you'll be based

Springfield Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essex's leading private hospitals. It is a 64-bedded hospital all with en suite facilities, with parent and child rooms, a 14-bed Day unit and a high dependency unit.

What we give back to you

  • Competitive hourly rates plus enhancements
  • Free DBS
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Excellent training and development opportunities
  • Free parking and subsidised staff restaurant (subject to site facilities)
  • Free uniform
  • Access to Blue Light Card
