Office and HR Manager London Up to £50,000 Our client, a boutique Media and Communications business is seeking an Office and HR Manger to join their expanding team.

The position of Office & HR Manager will play a critical role within the business to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Key duties include: Being the person who knows everything that is going on in the office Daily checks on housekeeping standard, setting up the studio for the day, using a detailed checklist to assist Day to day management of cleaning contract Ensuring kitchen and toilets are functioning and are in a good state of repair – liaising with the landlord for any repairs and maintenance required Assisting staff during/through space planning exercises / desk moves Working closely with our external IT partner to ensure IT security and systems are up to date and run smoothly Writing and maintaining up to date IT security policies in line with best practice and Gather standards Security of the building Maintaining up to date and accurate information for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Processes, in conjunction with Finance Director Project management of all building work development and redevelopment To define and publish standards for Facilities, encouraging regular feedback from internal clients and play an important role in developing and implementing the service culture for the company Working with the Culture Club on initiatives and social events Coordinate office events, meetings, and employee activities to foster a positive work environment Manage the procurement of all office supplies and equipment As the key HR point of contact for all employees, you will ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding process for employees.

(contracts, termination documents, managing absence…) This also includes managing employee benefits by liaising with external stakeholders (health insurance, pension…) Responsible for maintaining accurate records, documents and data on all our people in our HR system The successful candidate will have previous office management experience and have proven practice supporting HR functions.
