Responsibilities of the Production Administrator
- Raise and book in purchase orders and invoices.
- Manage dispatch notes.
- Schedule jobs and engineers.
- Manage inventory and the arrival of orders.
- Arrange couriers and support the goods in and out teams.
Requirements for a successful Production Administrator
- Minimum 2-3 years of Administration experience.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing/production environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong IT Skills.
Summary of the Production Administrator role
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP28,000
Location: North Beds
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
