German speaking Export Coordinator
Salary: Competitive

Main Duties:
To support for the day-to-day Sales Administration with German queries

The Role:
- Ensure all the necessary office-based administration and support is provided for Germany
- Answer telephone calls, emails from customers & dealers
- Process all call/email related documentation & general office administration
- Prepare both equipment and spare parts quotations
- Handle all enquiries, liaising with all areas of the business and third-party suppliers.
- Receive, process and ship both equipment and spares orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate Germany warranty & service calls through existing service partner network.

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (oral & written)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a B2B environment
- Flexible, adaptable and self-reliant
- Organised & self-motivated
- IT literate with good knowledge of Excel & Word
