You will need

A sound knowledge of Birth to 5 Matters, child development and the EYFS curriculum
The ability to create experiences, that engage children, motivate them and allow them to think critically
A level 2 qualification in Childcare and be actively working towards a level 3 or already have your level 3
Have a minimum grade 4 or grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
To create strong bonds for each child within your room leading an effective key person system, safeguarding, health & safety, confidentiality
