We are looking for an Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Engineer Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Engineer Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Engineer Bias, will be responsible for:

  • Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores.
  • Delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
  • Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
  • Assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
  • Having a flexible approach to work and working hours, with a pro-active and positive approach to work.
  • Prioritising your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Engineer Bias role you must have:

  • Qualified at a City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
  • Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.
  • It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg.
  • Be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights.
  • Available to join a call out rota.
  • Full UK driving license.
