What will you do? 

Give a full range of good quality respondent employment advice to employersA mixture of contentious and non-contentious work Employment Tribunal Work, Equality and Discrimination Unfair/Wrongful Dismissal Disciplinary and Grievance TUPE, Maternity and Paternity, and Redundancy Settlement Agreements Give employment law training to managers and HR teams to ensure that they have a good working knowledge of their employment law obligations, and can apply this knowledge in the workplaceAnd more 

What will you need? 

At least 1 year of experience as an employment solicitor or legal executiveEmployment experience Ideally your experience should be from a respondent background, but this is not essential
