Collaborate with the back of house team to help develop well-balanced and nutritious menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements and preferences.Demonstrated experience in a comparable managerial setting.Proficient in Business and Industry practicesProven track record as a hands-on leader, committed to nurturing team growth.Naturally outgoing and dynamic, with a genuine enthusiasm for culinary excellence and customer satisfactionComprehensive understanding of Health & Safety protocolsFinancially adept with advanced IT skillsInnovative, creative, and dedicated to achieving excellence.Keeping abreast of the latest trends in the culinary worldRecruit, train, supervise and motivate catering staff.

As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a knowledge and proven track record for being able to manage a team with a positive ethos. While providing great food and demonstrating excellent customer service skills. You will also be responsible for a retail cafe that operates within the our education setting.

You will be responsible for leading and setting the example with a hands on and can do attitude, while liaising and providing a strong knowledge to our retail cafe, working with gross profit margins, costs, and sales analysis.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Chef Manager/Catering Manager

experienced Chef Manager/Catering Manager with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef Manager in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.You can demonstrate that managing, training, and supporting a team has been an important part of your career to date.Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, creative environment and able to thrive under pressure.Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.Organisational abilities and a high attention to detailEmpathetic, clear and highly effective verbal and written communicationAbility to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective.Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills
