This position is well suited to an individual that has previous landfill experience, and has the ability to provide financial, operational, and developmental support to the Landfill Site Manager. You will assist in the operation to ensure the site is operated in a safe and efficient manager.

What will you be doing?

  • Assist with accurate recording of spend against budget and receipting capital and purchase orders.
  • Assist with report compilation, including entering and recording information on several databases.
  • Manage the site to ensure that administrative and reporting requirements are met to maintain contract compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Management of site utilities and environmental reporting in line with permit requirements.
  • Ensure the site meets the requirements of the PPC/Environmental Permit, Health & Safety at Work Act, and other statutory controls, company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all KPI's are completed on time.
  • Investigate and respond to any invoice queries.



What are we looking for?

  • Experience of landfill plant and equipment is advantageous.
  • Research, data analysis and accurate data entry, with clear & concise reporting.
  • Excellent IT knowledge and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous operational/administrative experience gained in a similar industry is desirable.
  • Clean UK driving licence is essential.
  • CoTC holder desirable.
