Key Responsibilities:

Craft a variety of beverages including coffee and tea, ensuring each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation.Engage with guests to provide personalised recommendations, share knowledge about our beverage offerings, and create a welcoming and memorable experience.Operate coffee machines, and other equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and pairing suggestions.Ensure the bar area is always clean and well-organized, adhering to health and safety standards.Work closely with other team members and assist with further Food & Beverage duties to ensure smooth operations.

Personal Specification:

Essentials:

Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent knowledge and eye for detail in hot and cold drinks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Desirables

Previous experience as a Barista within the hospitality industry.Experience in providing first-class bar service.Food Safety Training.

Shift Pattern:

Casual, Part-time, and Full-time roles available Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
