Job Description:

We are currently seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to come and join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a first-class service to customers when collecting and/or delivering rental vehicles. You will be responsible for the delivery and collection of rental vehicles directly from customers homes, places of work or other chosen destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collection and delivery of rental vehicles within the local
  • Driving a mixture of vehicle s ranging from small cars to Luton sized vans
  • Conduct vehicle checks and inspections (Checking mileage, damage, faults etc)
  • Ensure any new damage, defects and faults are recorded correctly
  • Completion of all necessary paperwork
  • General customer service duties

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • 2 years minimum driving experience
  • Have no more than 6 penalty points on your licence
  • Competent driving vehicles up to luton van size
  • Adhere to the highway code at all times
  • Customer Service experience (Retail, hospitality, car rental etc)

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Admin and computer skills
  • Able to drive a variety of vehicle sizes
  • Able to adapt to fast paced and challenging situations
