Our client a privately owned engineering company who work mainly with the petrochemical and food industries, are keen to train and develop a new recruit.
They are ideally seeking somebody who already has some basic engineering knowledge which may have been gained in previous employment or through education:

As the Trainee Welder your duties will be;
  • You will learn to work from technical drawings/specification sheets.
  • MIG/TIG Welding - You will learn to weld to a high standard.
  • You will be involved in all areas of production and Welding.

As the Trainee Welder you will have the following skills/experience;
  • Must have a background in some form of basic engineering.
  • Any exposure to any welding/fabrication would be advantageous.
  • Previous use of tools and working in a hands-on role
  • An interest in learning about production and welding processes from start to finish.
