The role:

Are you an ambitious Projects & Infrastructure Senior/Managing Associate 6+ years PQE looking to join a team that is considered a go-to advisor for some of the most interesting transactions in the UK legal market? If so, this prominent Bristol team would like to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have existing experience handling PFI/PPP contract management, secondary market transactions, infrastructure M&A, commercial contracts across the broader infrastructure sector, project work in the renewables/net zero sectors i.e. solar, wind, battery storage, energy from waste, EV, bioenergy, offshore transmission, district heating.

Aside from fee-earning and leading on transactions, they're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can deepen existing relationships and diversify new ones. You'll also show leadership qualities and have a say in the strategic direction of the practice whilst supporting juniors with their development.
