The Role:

We are looking for Housekeeping Operative to join the team within our Kemsley Paper Mill facility, ensuring all work is completed to a standard set out by our clients with maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting materials at the FGS Agri Area on site
  • Keeping the site clean and tidy in accordance with a fixed schedule of duties
  • Light gardening, grass cutting and weeding
  • Operating equipment safely and competently
  • Litter picking duties around the site and buildings in accordance with the Manager and customer s instruction
  • Assisting with the general operation, as required
  • Perform audits with customer, when required
  • Ensure all members of the housekeeping team are wearing correct PPE and have the equipment to perform the tasks
  • Coordinate members of the housekeeping team, ensuring all work is done in a timely fashion
  • Ensure all duties and work are carried out to a standard set by customer, with maximum efficiency
  • We retain the right to include other reasonable duties which are part of, and incidental to this type of work
  • Ensuring compliance with all company procedures
  • You must remain aware at all times of your responsibilities for your own H&S and for the H&S of those directly responsible to you and your work colleagues. You must ensure that all times the correct PPE is worn
  • You must adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to, those specified in the Employee Handbook, H&S Policy, EMS System, IMS System and any financial systems
  • Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
