We are currently recruiting an Audit Semi Senior to join our highly experienced Audit team. The role will involve the completion of audits and accounting tasks as delegated by and under the general direction of the Audit Senior or Audit Manager.
Dains is ranked 31st in the National Accountancy Age ranking by firm size and was the fastest-growing firm within the surveyed top 100 accountancy firms in the UK. The team is now over 650 people strong with offices throughout the UK and Ireland.

Main Responsibilities as Audit Semi Senior:
You will have responsibility for various audits reporting directly to the Manager, Director or Partner responsible.You will be planning the assignment and complete the work on time and within budget.You will be conducting the preparation of a complete audit file to the required standardLiaison with the Tax Department on any tax related mattersPreparation of statutory and non-statutory accountsDelegating assignments and supervising of junior members of staff, followed by review of the work performed.The completion of the assignment in accordance with the budget with any variations being promptly recorded.You will support and provide assistance and on-the-job training for other part-qualified trainees.
