Production Team Leader

A leading FMCG business located in the heart of Telford, Shropshire, is on the hunt for experienced and dynamic Production Team Leaders to steer their production teams towards unprecedented success.
Offering a competitive starting salary range of just under A£31,500 per annum, with the view of earning a salary just under A£39,000 per annum (once fully signed off), coupled with a generous benefits package including 25 days holiday and a pension contribution, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
What You Will Do:
* Lead and manage a dedicated team within the production environment.
* Ensure the achievement of production targets and objectives.
* Set, monitor, and evaluate KPIs for your team, driving performance and efficiency.
* Take responsibility for completing daily paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
* Conduct comprehensive shift handovers with opposite team leaders, ensuring seamless operations.
* Uphold and enforce strict health & safety guidelines, promoting a safe workplace.
