Event Project Manager – Webinars & Client Engagement Up to £40,000 + 25 days holiday, pension & health Remote – International Travel As part of its continued success and growth plans the client is looking to streamline its operational processes that span events, webinars, reports and client engagement.

To achieve this, we need to bring into the team a dynamic, proactive and highly organised project manager who, ideally, has experience with event operations and event project management.

Working alongside the existing commercial, marketing and editorial teams, this role will be central to coordinating events, webinars, reports, and client engagement to ensure all project timelines and operations are on track and delivered to the highest of standards.

Responsibilities and Outcomes: Events:

  • Lead the project management and event operations for all Events
  • Lead the project management of the Flagship event in London and working alongside the Event Director for that event to support with operations and event delivery
  • Support the project management and event operations for the US Summit in California and any other associated events in the US where required
  • To lead and project manage any adhoc networking dinners and drink receptions o Project management responsibilities:
  • Overseeing event delivery timelines from an operational perspective with all associated event teams (content, marketing, sales)
  • Setting up and hosting weekly internal team calls for specific events and projects
  • Working alongside the Head of Brand and Marketing, you will be responsible for (and have the authority) to ensure all event websites, registration processes and event communications are up to date and on o Event operation responsibilities:
  • To source, and liaise with, external venues, caterers and event teams
  • To lead the pre-event planning for events
  • To lead, and support, the on-site delivery of events
  • To track cost sheets for all events are in-line with pre-approved budgets
  • To support the sales and management team with sponsor engagement, ensuring their expectations and operations are met Webinars & Reports:
  • Oversee the calendar of webinars and reports & highlight, where necessary, key deadlines that internal teams need to meet
  • Track the success of webinars and reports in terms of number of attendees/views
  • Coordinate internal weekly calls
  • Help support the operational delivery of webinars, prep calls and post-event communications
