Your marketplace insights and patient focus will shape and direct strategic marketing plans for the product lifecycle, ensure execution of the brand plan for long-term brand success and develop clear country value propositions for patients and healthcare professions.
An originator, you will be responsible for brand success by employing cross-functional engagement strategies, exploring new and innovative approaches to brand communications and responding to constructive feedback internally and externally.
Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
Design and execute product strategies to ensure strong market presence of your responsible products in Breast and Prostate Cancer
Identify and develop key opinion leader to ensure strong advocacy for therapy area/responsible products
Collaborate closely with other functions to achieve objectives of AZ products including sales target and market shares
Demonstrate high level of product knowledge and therapy knowledge under responsibility
Monitor performance and control A&P budget
Localizes digital content as needed Essential for the role
University graduate in any discipline
Preferred 2-4 years of marketing experience
2 years’ experience in multinational pharmaceutical company in a sales and marketing related position
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated, meticulous, able to work under pressure
Strong collaboration working with a wide variety of key stakeholders
Desirable for the role
Having network and solid experience in the field of Oncology
Good command of Mandarin
