As a School Nurse, you will support health care and promotion for all pupils, staff, and visitors. This is permanent, full-time role for a School Nurse (Mon-Fri), term-time only (42 weeks per year).
Previous school nurse experience would be a distinct advantage but is not essential if you have some experience in caring for children and are approachable, kind, and passionate about children s health and welfare, this could be the perfect role for you.
Person specification:
- (Essential) NMC registration as a General Nurse (RN Adult) or Children s Nurse (RN Child)
- (Essential) Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience
- (Desirable) Previous paediatric nursing experience
- (Desirable) Previous professional experience as a School Nurse, Practice Nurse, or Health Visitor
