The Opportunity


We are looking for a 4+ PQE UK-qualified lawyer to join our Corporate and Commercial team. In this position, you will assist our growing number of diverse clients with a varied range of commercial and corporate work. LegalVision’s clients operate in a range of industries, including SaaS/IT, healthcare, e-commerce, construction and recruitment.

The role will also involve people management responsibilities for trainees and junior lawyers, so a genuine interest in coaching and developing others is a must.


Ideally, we are also looking for a versatile lawyer, with a broad knowledge base, who is also willing to be flexible and to assist our other practice areas from time to time. Our ideal candidate has a strong grasp of the UK’s data protection legislation (including the UK GDPR), as well as consumer laws.

How You'll Help Clients


  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including supply agreements, manufacturing agreements, e-commerce documents, IT and software contracts, IP and licensing agreements, contractor agreements and referral agreements.
  • Drafting and reviewing Privacy Policies and Internal Privacy Manuals.
  • Advising on the GDPR, including responding to data subject access requests, data breaches, controller/processor arrangements, and AI implications.
  • Advising on consumer laws.
  • Advising on company structuring, and preparing articles of association and shareholder agreements.
  • Assisting clients with general corporate governance, such as share splits, share issues and transfers
