In this senior role, you will lead and shape the sales and marketing strategy for GIL, a company renowned for designing and manufacturing high-end optical components and systems for an international clientele. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the precision engineering sector, ideally with knowledge of the precision optics industry.

As the Technical Sales & Marketing Manager, you will:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Drive successful sales activities from prospecting and qualifying opportunities to developing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.

Create and implement marketing strategies to enhance GIL’s visibility and market presence.

This role offers a varied and challenging environment, requiring a self-motivated professional who excels in meeting tight deadlines and working both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a keen eye for detail, are essential.

While the ability to speak Welsh is desirable, it is not essential.
