My client is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee a pivotal refurbishment and extension project on a police station in the Norwich area. This role is not just about managing; it's about steering a project that is critical to community safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring to the table not only their SMSTS, 1st Aid, and CSCS qualifications but also a wealth of recent commercial experience. Given the nature of the project, the successful applicant will undergo additional security and police vetting checks, ensuring that only the most trustworthy and capable hands lead this endeavour. This permanent opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £50k - £60k + package, reflecting the significance and demands of the role.
