Job Description:

To inspire customers to win more shoppers by being the internal advocate of the shopper & customer in x-functional teams tasked with launching new products & activation's.
To be a leadership voice with one demand teams (regionally & locally) to ensure that product innovation launches, and marketing campaigns are developed with the consumer, shopper, and customer needs at the heart, by identifying key insights, working with agencies, and mitigating activation risks.

What are we looking for?
  • Proactively drive transformation to deliver Cell, Shopper and Customer strategies
  • Leadership voice for Shopper within cell meetings and beyond (e.g. senior stakeholders & forums)
  • Understanding of business context and proactively using this to shape Cell and Shopper strategies
  • Relationship building and influencing stakeholders locally & regionally

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Provide quality tools and insight for our in-year activities on time, for example volume planning guidelines, internal & external sell in decks, creative assets required for in-store execution etc.
  • Ensure the accurate customer/shopper execution & activation assumptions are fed into the activity task group and any work produced for the activity. Be sole representative of customer marketing, advocating for the shopper and customer, in cross-functional teams.
  • Agency relationship management, creating best in class shopper briefs for your activities to set up agency partners for success, delivering projects on time within budget.
  • Be the Customer Marketing representative in key forums (e.g., Cell Meetings & One Demand), to ensure that shopper and customer needs are inputted and considered in business decisions.
  • Work together as part of the Activity Development Team to feed in your cell requirements for future Activity Plans (Y+1 - Y+4) that win for the Category, Customer & Mars Wrigley.
  • Role model collaboration and influencing with local and regional marketing to ensure integrated/TTL campaigns are developed and communicated on time in full.
  • Support delivery of our customer exclusive framework by identifying, championing & enabling appropriate customer exclusive opportunities particularly for partner customers.
  • Deliver a successful internal sell-in event to customer facing teams, including all the necessary tools our customer teams need to win with our customers (e.g., compelling sell-in stories, activation visuals etc.)
  • Commercial mindset to be able to identify value creation opportunities and deliver against budget.
  • Lead Customer Marketing inputs into the Activity Planning Process, working with Marketing, Category & SRM counterparts
  • Lead Activity Reviews, to highlight key learnings and Implement Into future activations
  • Contribute to driving ADT strategy house and engagement
