My clients Employment team is acknowledged by prestigious rankings such as Legal 500 and Chambers, and has seen significant growth in recent years, attracting top-tier clients across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures.
  • Providing corporate support and guidance on employment-related issues linked to mergers, acquisitions, and TUPE.
  • Handling a wide range of employment disputes and issues affecting both employers and employees.
  • Preparation of Tribunal cases and representing clients at hearings when required.
  • Actively contributing to departmental and firm-wide business development and marketing endeavors.
  • Cultivating and nurturing client relationships.
  • Collaborating within the team and taking the lead on specific projects.
  • Supervising junior team members.Key Attributes:
    The ideal candidate will possess:
    • Substantial experience in a reputable Employment Department.
    • Demonstrated ability in developing new client relationships.
