Role: Merchandiser

The Lounge team is growing 

We are looking for a Merchandiser to support our growing brand. We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, has great attention to detail & a proven track record for success within Merchandising. Lounge has consistently grown year on year and has recently stepped into Bricks and Mortar retail in both the UK and EU. 

This role would be an important part of our Merchandising team and with opportunities to grow within the business. If you want to build a career with Lounge and be part of a rapidly growing business, this is the role for you. 

What you will do at Lounge:

Build relationships with key stakeholders in the business across supply chain, product & eComm. With the ability to work cross-functionally to meet business needs. Owning the retail replenishment and store packages for our six stores. Understand the retail trading patterns and ensure we have the relevant product on our shop floors. Liaising with store managers on upcoming launches and events.  Weekly review of sales performance and responsible for forecasting pre-season sales and in-season re-buys across online and in-stores.  Analysis for discount proposals in key markdown periods, feeding into the head of merchandising. Supporting the day to day merchandising team through line cards updates, creating a smoother flow of stock through the business.  We would love it if you:

Have experience as a Merchandiser in a fast-growing eCommerce business. Ability to set up & maintain Excel reports. Deal with large spreadsheets & data sets. Strong analytical skills whilst maintaining a commercial mindset. Confidence in forecasting & analytical skills.
