Personal Injury Solicitor | NQ-2 | Brighton

Are you an experienced Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ-2yrs PQE) looking to join one of the South East's most prestigious, reputable law practices based in Brighton? This legal 500 firm is looking to strengthen its busy and well-established personal injury team, with established roots throughout the South East.

This well-established, reputable regional firm operates out of its flagship office based in Brighton. The firm has been operating in the region for over 50 years and, as a result, is often considered the go-to firm in terms of legal advice.Due to their deep-rooted connections to the community, and extended period of providing top-tier client services, they have built a loyal client base who provides regular and consistent work.Whilst they have been operating in the area for such a long time, this firm is certainly far from stuck in their ways in terms of their approach. They have a clear solicitor-partnership progression structure for those with an eye for career progression.The opportunity to work alongside leaders in their field will make this a good career move for successful candidates who will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge in this area.

The Role

You will handle a range of personal injury and clinical negligence claims ranging including high value and complex claimsYou'll be working alongside several Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Solicitors which will provide a great platform for your careerThe caseload will be predominantly personal injury and clinical negligence, but there will also be an element of inquest work and Human Rights Act claims. You will be assisting partners and senior fee earners with their caseload, whilst also managing your own caseload of smaller matters.

Some previous personal injury or clinical negligence experience is preferred. The role is hybrid but candidates must live in the South-East as travel to clients in their homes or hospital will be required.

Requirements

NQ-2 years PQE Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal ExecutiveIdeally you'll have gained experience in a range of personal injury cases (e.g RTA, EL/PL, Clinical Negligence).You will live commutable to Brighton, East Sussex as travel to clients in their homes or hospital will be required.
