Overview of role
Working within a fantastic team, You'll be dealing with accounts payable queries from colleagues as well as external clients across the UK and EMEA. You'll be building relationships with partners to ensure invoices are settled on time and the correct processes and procedures are adhered to. This is a busy and varied role where You'll have the opportunity to learn and progress.

What knowledge and experience do you need?
Understanding of Accounts Payable process end to end
Resolution of queries
Supplier reconciliations
Experience of ERP accounting systems
Experience of No PO No Pay policy

RequirementsWhat experience and interpersonal skills will you need?
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proactive approach to problem solving
Strong organizational to be able to prioritize workload and manage shared mailbox
Attention to detail when investigating queries
Proficient in managing a changing environment
Ability to manage relationships with colleagues at all levels
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the company and the role
Passion to deliver excellent customer service
Be accountable for achieving team and individual goals
Use initiative and experience to improve processes and procedures
