Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are supporting our Client with their requirement for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the Purchase Ledger functionEnsuring all invoices are processed accurately and efficientlyPO processingSupplier statement reconciliationsCashflow forecastingBank reconciliationsImproving and documenting processes and proceduresAssisting with month end and adhoc reporting
You will have the following skills and attributes:
At least 3 years’ recent experience working within a Senior Purchase Ledger capacityA proven ability to train, guide and mentor more junior team membersExcellent attention to detail and levels of accuracyAbility to work to deadlinesStrong communication skills - both written and verbalExcellent MS Excel skills (to include V-Lookups and Pivot Tables)
