My client is a national and ever-expanding firm famed for its conveyancing as well as its supportive working environment. It is currently looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to bolster its close-knit team in Leicester. 

The Role 

  • You will be supporting a solicitor with their caseload of conveyancing matters pertaining to freehold and leasehold, re-mortgages and lease extensions to name a few
  • You will be taking initial inquiries, opening files, dealing with post completion work, undertaking land registry searches and drafting legal documents

You 

  • You will have had experience in working within a conveyancing department within a private practice UK-based law firm
  • You will have knowledge of the conveyancing process and ideally will have worked as an assistant or legal secretary previously
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and an excellent phone manner
