Being able to run the organisational and operational side of the SEND department at Shebbear College, whilst also creating and leading a strategic vision for SEND in the next five years is an integral part of the role as we seek to enhance and develop our current support structures.


A belief that excellent teaching for children with special educational needs creates excellent teaching for all children, is fundamental to the role.
