  • PAT: PAT (Personal Academic Tutors) classes are designed by Student Success tutors with emphasis on the needs of the students. (Please see Appendix 3).
  • ILP (Individual Learning Plan): Individual learning plans ought to be developed by SST for students who may find it challenging to attend typical classrooms due to personal constraints. (Please see Appendix: 4).
  • Workshops: Student Success Tutors are at the forefront of organising multiple workshops on various topics throughout the semester based on the difficulties and needs of the students. (Please see Appendix: 5)
  • Assessments Clinique: SST organises assessment clinics prior to the assessment submission deadline to provide one-on-one support during submissions and ensure that students understand the appropriate submission procedure. (Please see Appendix: 6)
  • Regular Support: SST provides regular academic support to all students using the student's support log (Please see the support log shared or click here).
  • Part-Time Students monitoring: The students are going part-time due to failed assessments; SST is responsible for creating a plan for the part-time studies and maintaining close coordination with other teams (Please see Appendix: 7)
  • Collaboration with other Teams: SST closely collaborates with other teams with a motto: "Teamwork makes what's impossible to do alone possible". We may be little on our own, but collectively we can stand some giants tall. Talent may strike gold, but collaboration is designed to win. A group that works together, sticks together and achieves excellence together (Please see Appendix: 8).
  • Assessments and formative feedback: As SSTs are a combination of Academics and Tutors, they will provide formative feedback and assess the exam papers if required (upon completion of a successful training).
