Job Description

Are you an experienced Facilities or Estate Management professional potentially looking for your next move? If so, we would like to ask you three questions?

Would you thrive in a pivotal leadership role that would see you oversee a complex and diverse portfolio of a growing and ambitious care company? Are you bold and creative and would you use these skills to improve existing processes and optimise the utilisation of our property portfolio space? Do you have extensive vendor management skills and would you use these skills to drive quality improvement and standards across our sites?

Agincare, a family-owned organisation are undertaking an exciting period of growth. Having just brought a further 4 new care homes into the group in a brand new area, we have no plans to stop, this will give you an incredible opportunity to grow your experience and exposure to complex estate management issues.

About the Role

In this role you will manage the facilities, real estate, maintenance, safety, security and other aspects of estates management creating a safe, productive and efficient environment in our care homes, offices and premises across the portfolio.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable stakeholder management experience, with extensive experience in Budget Management, Operations and Maintenance and Project Management and a candidate who will help us shape and grow the department in line with expected company and portfolio growth.

About You

You will be an excellent communicator, not afraid to hold others to account for their actions and project deadlines. The successful candidate will possess stakeholder management skills second to none and will take pride in their property management skills with the work they undertake having a direct impact on the growth and success of the group.
