Mechanical / Maintenance Engineer (Full Training into Agriculture)

£30,000 - £40,000 + Full Training + Progression + Holidays + Pension + Optional Overtime

Factory Based, Commutable from Cullompton, Willand, Tiverton, Whimple, Broadhembury, Hemyock and surrounding areas

Are you an Engineer with a background in Automotive, Mechanical, Heavy Plant, REME or similar looking for the opportunity to join a nationally recognised specialist where you will be heavily invested in through on the job training with the opportunity to progress into more senior roles within the business all whilst having the option of overtime to boost your earnings whilst ensuring you keep a great work-life balance?

This company have been established for over 5 decades and have a great reputation for looking after and developing their staff due to their continued growth, they are looking to bring in an additional engineer with the scope to move into leading positions in future.

On offer is a Maintenance engineer position where you will be responsible for the reactive and pre-planned maintenance of a busy site where you will gain the training necessary to become a technical expert with the view of becoming autonomous and progressing into lead positions.

This role would suit someone from a Mechanical, REME, Plant or Factory background looking to be heavily invested in with the opportunity to progress through the team and play an integral role in the team's success.

The Role:
*Full Training into the Agricultural Industry
*Responsible for Project work and service and maintenance within the factory
*Opportunity to progress into more senior positions
*Overtime opportunities

The Candidate:
*Engineer from a relevant background (REME, Plant, HGV, etc)
*Looking to develop their skills into a new industry
*Looking to progress within a company
