We are looking for a passionate HR Advisor to join our team and support the HR Business Partner with various people activities across VolkerWessels. This role is integral in driving our mission to create a positive and engaging workplace. The HR Advisor will contribute to group projects and initiatives focused on training and talent development, employee engagement, recognition, resourcing, and employee relations.

About you

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Passion for employee engagement and creating a positive workplace environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable.
