Are you passionate about the food and beverage industry? We're seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding guest experience.
In this role, you will:
  • Prepare the FB outlets for service, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Offer expert knowledge about food and drink to advise and assist guests when placing orders.
  • Provide friendly, courteous, and discreet service, making every guest feel welcome.
  • Supervise the service of food, wine, and other beverages.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet customer requirements.
  • Effectively handle and resolve any guest issues and complaints.
  • Assist with stocktaking, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
  • Step into the role of FB Manager in their absence, showcasing your leadership skills.
To excel in this position, you should have:
  • Previous experience in an FB role, with a background in Meetings & Events, Banqueting, or related areas.
  • Relevant qualifications in food service management or hospitality management.
  • Supervisory or management experience, demonstrating your leadership capabilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of FB trends and best practices.
  • Good knowledge of wines and spirits, reflecting your passion for quality.
