Health and Wellbeing Physiologist

In this role in our Physiology department, you'll make a difference, not just a living. We're transforming healthcare in the UK by bringing together assessment, treatment and prevention services to provide integrated care. It starts with you.

As an Physiologist at our Ipswitch Hospital, you'll bring a minimum 2:2 Sport and Exercise Science degree or equivalent. You've studied human physiology, exercise, biochemistry, anatomy/biomechanics, psychology and nutrition. Crucially, you know how to apply this in practice.

As an Physiologist, you will:

Join our multidisciplinary team of doctors, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals

Complete our in-house three-week training course, as part of your Level 7 Professional Diploma (MSc equivalent)

Help promote health and fitness as part of our holistic, comprehensive health service

Deliver health assessments that support health and wellbeing goals

Support prevention as well as rehabilitation and recovery

Be passionate and caring in the service you provide, putting client's needs first
