The Role
You will enjoy a truly varied work load including:

estate planning, including the preparation of complex wills and lifetime trusts multi-generational estate planning tax-efficient business structures and wealth protectionpre-sale planningestate administration deeds of variationlasting powers of attorney/ court of protection/ deputyship applications assistance with elderly parents and vulnerable dependantswill disputes.


The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor with around 2 - 4 years post qualification experience in private client work.

You will have strong technical skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload. You will possess a genuine desire to develop strong client relationships, a commercial mind-set, and maintain the highest standards.
