This company are on a trajectory of rapid growth, and are already recognised as a the authority within their field, with recent coverage in nationwide press and radio. They specialise in the effective management and removal of invasive plant species for both commercial and domestic customers throughout the UK, and are looking to expand their team of specialists by hiring a new Site Supervisor in the South East.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a landscaper, gardener, groundworker, or similarly hands-on person to become a specialist expert in an interesting sector, gaining skills and qualifications and being truly valued for their contributions. You will be responsible for a variety of interesting duties, which will vary according to the season. In the summer months you will often be out at customer sites, liaising with them directly and leading a team in an invasive plant excavation, whilst in the winter there will be more scope for working from home and computer-based work alongside the site-based activities.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working outside, with experience in a gardening, landscaping or similar role, seeking a new challenge with the scope for career and technical development as part of a company that takes great pride in the way its employees are treated.
The Role:
- Will involve the removal of invasive plant species from domestic and commercial environments across the South East
- Working as part of a small team
- Standard working week, Monday to Friday
The Candidate:
- Will need to be physically fit, and enjoy working outside
- A relevant qualification would be highly beneficial (PA1, PA6, CSCS, SSSTS, CPCS) although full training can be provided
- Will require a UK Driving License
