Hours: 15 hours per work, Part-time

Summary:
The Rivers Hospital is one of the leading private hospitals in the UK and being just off the M11, it is easily accessible from London and the Home Counties.
The hospital is located in Sawbridgeworth on the Essex, Hertfordshire border in beautiful countryside. A sweeping drive through landscape grounds leads you to ample free car parking and our award winning team focused on providing individual care to meet your needs.
The hospital opened in 1992 and is equipped with the latest medical facilities for diagnosis and treatment, and has very high quality clinical standards including effective infection prevention measures.
The role:
We are looking for an experienced Medical Records Clerk to join our at Rivers Hospital, based in Sawbridgeworth. As a Medical Records Clerk you will help to maintain patient's records, ensuring accuracy at all times.
Duties include:
- Scanning in of notes onto PAS system.
- Auditing of scanned documents on PAS system.
- Dealing with enquiries into the Dept.
- Dealing with SAR's (Subject Access Requests) from external clients.
- Making up of notes. Filing of notes.
- Pulling of notes for theatre lists.
- Ensuring accuracy at all times.
Skills & Attributes:
- Good time management required
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge and understanding of GDPR.
- Attention to detail is an absolute must.
- Ability to work on their own, as well as in a team.
- Computer literate
