Are you an experienced Construction Manager with experience working on conversion projects in the residential and commercial sectors? Are you looking for an immediately available contract working in a multi unit conversion project?
My client is a reputable construction business specialising in permitted development schemes across the South Coast and London who are now looking for an immediately available Construction Manager to get started on their largest project to date.
On a day to day basis you will be based 50% on site in Islington, 50% in the Hove office, therefore travel between the two locations is expected. Travel to the further location will be reimbursed.
In the role you will be responsible for taking the project off the ground, you will be leading planning and implementation, liaising with H&S, subcontractors and suppliers, procurement of materials, conducting site inspections and quality control.
Previous conversion experience in commercial/residential sectors, H&S knowledge, procurement, programming and electrical installation knowledge is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Manager with conversion experience looking to join a reputable business on an immediately available contract with potential for extension.

The Candidate:
- Experienced Construction Manager from conversion background
