We are looking for self-sufficient and motivated individual to join a company with over 40 years' experience in the specialist design, development, and production of machinery.
Sales & Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry and maintaining records
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the sales team
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate sales-related activities, including order processing, invoicing, and shipping arrangements
- Maintain and update the customer database and ensure data accuracy
- Handle customer complaints or issues, seeking resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and customer interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and sales materials for client meetings
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors for repairs and supplies
The Ideal Sales and Office Coordinator Will Have:
- Experience in administrative support or sales coordination is advantageous
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records and data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to dynamic work environments
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude to handle customer inquiries and concerns
Working Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 17:15pm
- Fridays - 8:00am - 15:00pm
