We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Casualty claims professional to join Bowring Marsh claims advocacy team. The team is part of Claims Solutions within Marsh Advisory and provides a variety of claims advocacy services to Bowring Marshâs client base, supporting clients through any losses they may have suffered and providing claims advocacy advice on more complex claims.

Bowring Marsh is a dedicated specialist international wholesale placement broker for Marsh. Bowring Marsh provides clients with benchmarking, risk transfer solutions and claims advocacy to clients throughout the world through its global insurance placement network.

We will rely on you to:

  • Take a lead role in managing major casualty loss cases, interfacing with clients and insurers where required, and always putting the clientsâ needs at the heart of what you do.
  • Provide claims support to placing colleagues in relation to renewal of accounts and attendance at pre-renewal meetings and discussions.
  • Provide support to placement brokersâ business tenders/RFPs from a claims perspective.
  • Provide insurance and technical advice on policy wordings relating to claims related aspects of wordings.

What you need to have: 

  • Good experience in managing complex casualty claims, coming from the background of either a broker or insurer.
  • Developed knowledge of international casualty insurance and policy forms.
  • Ability to drive and take the lead in complex claims.
