Location: Bromley

Bright Selection are delighted to represent a well-established, family-owned care group in their search for an experienced Care Manager for their "Good" rated, medium sized dementia, residential home in Bromley. Ideally looking for a Nurse qualified manager to work alongside the Home Manager.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with active PIN
  • Proven track record in the management of a nurses
  • Extensive clinical knowledge
  • Management of Safeguarding and DOLS experienced

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Registered Manager
  • Support on day to day management of home
  • Lead on achieving clinical outcomes within the home
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation and completion of all relevant records
  • Team management and leadership responsibilities

Contract, Remuneration and benefits:

  • Up to 58,300 per annum
  • 45 hours a week from Monday - Sunday
