Our client is a leading player in the housing industry, committed to providing excellent customer service to their residents. With a strong focus on resident satisfaction, our client strives to create a positive and inclusive living experience for all.
As a Customer Service Admin, you will be the first point of contact for residents and prospective residents, ensuring that their enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
What skills do you need?
- Strong communication skills:You should be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities:You should be able to identify customer needs and find appropriate solutions to meet their expectations.
- Attention to detail:Recording all customer information accurately is essential to provide efficient and effective service.
- Ability to work well under pressure:You should be able to handle demanding situations with a calm and patient approach, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly.
- Strong team player:Working collaboratively with your team members will contribute to the overall success of the customer service department.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
What Will You Be Doing?
- Record all resident enquiries, complaints, and requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly
- Provide information to residents about their tenancy agreements, property maintenance, and other related matters
- Liaise with different departments within the organisation to resolve resident issues effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records in the database
