The Role:

As a Finance Analyst engaged in the process improvement project at Holland & Barrett, you will be instrumental in shaping the comprehensive process for managing central costs. Working alongside the Head of Finance for SSC (Shared Service Centre), your goal will be to develop a best-in-class process that provides clear, timely insights to stakeholders throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify and seize opportunities for process improvement. Meticulously document process threads, implementation progress, key stakeholders, system impacts, and communication points. Proactively develop solutions to challenges while fostering a collaborative atmosphere within the broader finance team. Actively engage with the finance transformation program to ensure all potential is harnessed for creating optimal solutions. Employ creative thinking to challenge conventional norms positively and effectively. Analyse and interpret financial data with advanced Excel skills, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights. Focus consistently on improving process efficiencies, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills. Location: Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2-3 days a week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity

The Person:

Part or fully qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA - or qualified by experience Proven experience in process improvements Proficient in Excel with a proven track record of managing and manipulating complex financial data. Inquisitive problem solver with a keen eye for detail. Highly organised and attentive to process efficiency. What we offer:
