Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own caseload of housing disrepair matters, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, assisting in their professional development. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high standard of client service. Continuously develop your skills and legal knowledge in housing disrepair litigation. Opportunity to progress into a supervisory or management role as the firm grows.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of a couple of years of housing disrepair litigation experience. Confident in handling a busy caseload independently. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
